Diferent is managed by the siblings Marc and Laia, the fourth generation of the Caners, a family with a true gastronomic vocation. Raised around stoves, Laia is now the maître d’ and sommelier and, together, she and Marc make the special touch of Diferent a reality. Both have high-level professional careers and experience, as they have trained in prestigious restaurants such as Casamar, Tickets, 41º and even el Bulli.
This generation proposes artistic cuisine, combining modernity, creativity and the new technologies so we can share new and different experiences on our palate.
Open Wednesdays to Saturdays from 1 – 2.30 pm and from 8 – 9.30 pm and on Tuesdays and Sundays from 8 – 9.30 pm Closed on Mondays 😉
